We often reach moments in life when the ways we have been living no longer fit, yet what comes next feels uncertain. I see therapy as an opportunity to pause, reflect, and explore who you are and who you are becoming. My approach is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and presence. I value being sincere and direct, blending warmth with intentional reflection, and I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel supported, understood, and respected. Alongside a down-to-earth, relational style, I bring strong clinical expertise and thoughtful care.
My clinical experience includes working with college students, emerging adults, and professionals navigating anxiety, identity concerns, workplace stress, career exploration, and life transitions. My work integrates psychotherapy with mindfulness-informed and holistic practices that support self-awareness, grounding, and connection. I’m drawn to approaches that invite clients to slow down, tune in, and develop a more intentional relationship with themselves. I strive to honor the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms, while bringing an ongoing awareness of how culture, social context, and lived experiences shape us.
As a first-generation Zambian American woman, I bring a deep appreciation for the resilience required to navigate multiple worlds at once. This lived experience shapes my passion for working with BIPOC individuals, immigrants, and those from historically marginalized and underserved communities, as well as my sensitivity to how systemic barriers and inequities impact wellbeing. I believe our life experiences weave together like a tapestry, shaping how we see ourselves and the world, and I would be honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward living more fully, staying connected to their values, and honoring their authenticity.
